Attestation agreement signed but flagged as requiring action

Hi, my issue is as follows:

The status upon login shows that the attestation statement/agreement has been signed (and has been reflecting this for some time). However I received an email today stating that it has not been signed. See screenshot with both screens visible.

Any assistance on how to follow up on this and have it resolved?

Your organization is all set with attestation. Thank you. An incorrect notification email was sent to companies with more than one authorized representative. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I got the opposite problem - I deleted additional authorized representative who SIGNED - I cannot SIGN on my main representative as action is marked COMPLETE, but there’s no date and no sign button now

Please, can you help me?
