No Login Data available


I am currently facing the problem, that I appointed an Authorized Representative to agree to the attestation statement, but he isn’t receiving any login info to log onto the platform and be able to accept the statement. Can somebody help me? His login data should be included at the end of his invitation e-mail, but isn’t. Where can we get this information from?
